Harvested Pinot Noir grapes on September 3, 2023, after a year bringing extreme amount of rainfall and hail.
August 30, 2023: Almond-sized hail struck the vineyard, damaging berries. The canopy management (leaving more leaves and uncut tops) saved the vintage.

Discovered ancestors were winegrowers from Württemberg, Germany, who settled in Óbuda in the 18th century.
Named the winery Gittinger Pince to honor family heritage, after my grandmother, Edit Gittinger.
Produced "Pinot Noir Rosé," "Pinot Noir," "Inszájder / Incider," and "Almanac."
Acquired the neighboring vineyard with a cellar (requiring replantation and reconstruction) next to the Pinot Noir plot in July..
