[ENG] 🍇 5th Natúr Műhely | Rezi | Jan 9–11, 2026

This year’s Natúr Műhely was especially meaningful to us.It was an honour to serve as the main organisers of the 5th Natúr Műhely, the annual gathering of the Hungarian natural winemakers’ community 🤍

(as this shared responsibility is carried forward by a different winemaker each year).

For three days, professional dialogue, shared experience and honest presence filled the space in Rezi, within the walls of Chloro ’Feel. Not by chance here: the spirit and way of working of this place are deeply aligned with the philosophy of natural winemakers. 🌱

🌍 Themes we explored together:

– soil life and vine health (Prof. Dr. Borbála Biró)

– water retention, ecology and permaculture (István Markuly)

– phytoplasma challenges (Dr. Valerio Mazzoni)

– volatile acidity: technique and sensory perception (István Bencze, Zsolt Sütő, Árpi Tomcsányi)

– pushing boundaries and alternative paths in natural wine (Franz Strohmeier – a true natural wine legend) 🍇✨
