A bright, refreshing blend of hand-picked organic Goldrush and Crimson Crisp apples, finished with a touch of sour cherry. Naturally fermented, naturally sparkling, and made with nothing but fruit and time.

Fermented spontaneously without any intervention in 320 l Tava amphoras

Fermentation: Spontaneous fermentation in 320 liter tava amphoras

Fermentation finished in the bottle resulting in gentle bubbles

Vinification process: After milling, the Goldrush and Crimson Crisp apples were macerated on the skins for 18 hours before being pressed
The juice fermented spontaneously in amphoras until the primary fermentation was complete.

Before bottling, 10% organic sour cherry juice was added.
The secondary fermentation took place inside the bottle, creating fine natural bubbles.

Made without the addition of: Yeast, concentrate, sugar, flavourings, carbon dioxide, or sulphites.

Suitable for vegans and vegetarians
